Do to my work schedule it became difficult to get the vehicle in for service. My sales person worked with Lou Fusz Mazda management team, checked in for service Friday morning before work and was given a rent a car (no cost to me) and return it on Saturday with all work complete. I had purchased an Mazda Tribute 11 years ago and the SUV, Mazda service team, and staff, all have been outstanding! The performance of my prior vehicle made the decision to purchase the new vehicle decision very easy! FYI - this is my retirement SUV and I am completely satisfied! More

Unethical! Unethical barely begins to cover the scope of our experience at Lou Fusz Mazda. We went in yesterday looking at the Mazda 3 and Mazda 6, and we went Unethical barely begins to cover the scope of our experience at Lou Fusz Mazda. We went in yesterday looking at the Mazda 3 and Mazda 6, and we went prepared with USAA True Car pricing, and a reasonable trade in value for very good condition truck from KBB. While our sales person Chase Winters was awesome, when we picked a car and started talking numbers, our experience with the "numbers guy" Chris Cunningham went from bad to worse. The true car price wasn't even remotely honored, they quoted us MSRP. Worse they wanted to STEAL our trade for more than 20% under what KBB quoted as a fair trade in price. This equated to THOUSANDS of dollars, $5500 short on trade and $3500 overpricing on the new vehicle. I fully understand that dealerships are there to make money, and I understand all to well that car buying is a negotiation, BUT... There is such a thing as negotiating in good faith, and ethical business practices, neither of these were present in our time at Lou Fusz Mazda. And the proof is in the pudding. we went down the road to another dealership, with our reasonable expectations and agreed to a deal in half the time for within $500 of our target price. Based on our experience at Lou Fusz Mazda, I would highly recommend anyone steer clear of them, or at a minimum insist that Chris Cunningham have nothing to do with your deal. I would also make sure you go in there well educated or you may leave having paid thousands of dollars more than necessary. Buyer BEWARE! More

Pushy, nasty, called me by the wrong name, didn't answer my questions and insulted me when I asked him to provide details. His own manager didn't recommend him. That should tell you all you need to know. The dealer customer service called and I asked for a new salesperson but they didn't do what they said. Lou fusz, sniff sniff, you stink. More
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE I had originally went to a different dealer and was referred to this one because they would work with my credit (I don't have the BEST). Once I get th I had originally went to a different dealer and was referred to this one because they would work with my credit (I don't have the BEST). Once I get there I have to wait a half hour for someone who was supposed to be waiting on me to get there. Had me test drive vehicles they knew bc I told them I wouldn't like. Ended up finding one I did. Told them how much I wanted to spend for monthly payments ($250) a month and when she called to get loans for me she ended up coming back with payments of $350 way out of my price range. She then called "her best" guy she knew and got it Down To $270 which was doable. Couldn't drive the car home that night still don't know why. Pick up next day everything's good. Two days later brakes are squeaking so bad. Tried calling dealer and never got a real person or phone call return after leaving voicemail. Wasn't too expensive just sucked it up and replaced. The pads were so worn would have went out on me at anytime. So safety inspection they did was a joke. Then two weeks after that my heat wuit working and would no longer defrost my Windows. Made it almost impossible to drive. Called dealership at least 20 times. Left several voicemail and no returned calls. Fi ally I was fed up went and got it looked at over $1200 to fix. Called dealer and went the f off. Still refuse to help because it was sold as is. I understand as is no warranty means that but I bought a $12000 used vehicle with problems that were there prior to me buying the vehicle according to my mechanic. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY ARE A JOKE AND DONT GIVE A xxxx ABOUT YOU. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. More
WELCOME TO 1950 I went to Lou Fusz because I had bought two cars there previously. I was paired with possibly the WORST salesman in the history of car salesmen. I a I went to Lou Fusz because I had bought two cars there previously. I was paired with possibly the WORST salesman in the history of car salesmen. I am female, and 50. I have had a job for 30 years, and earned my own money for 30 years. However, I was treated like it was 1950. The salesman was distracted, constantly on his cellphone, had no idea how to find a vehicle in the lot. After following him in circles and never seeing the inside of a car I asked him, "is there possibly a more efficient way to find the features I am looking for? Like in your computer database, or something? The entire experience was ridiculous. I attempted to contact the sales department through their website to discuss experience and received no contact back. Ladies AVOID this dealer, if you have to go AVOID Jeff Gordon. More
Matt was very friendly and respectful. He provided all of the test-driving opportunities I wanted and then some. When I told him my dream car options that I knew I could not afford, he used his knowledge to the test-driving opportunities I wanted and then some. When I told him my dream car options that I knew I could not afford, he used his knowledge to find options for me in my price range-encouraging me to spend more for better quality, but also finding the cars that were actually in my stated price range so that I was aware of all of my options. Extraordinary Service! Above and beyond any car buying experience we’ve had before. Our first exposure to Lou Fusz Mazda St. Louis was closing time on a Saturday night when we decided to walk around the experience we’ve had before. Our first exposure to Lou Fusz Mazda St. Louis was closing time on a Saturday night when we decided to walk around the lot. Even though it was after closing time, Chad Wintizer came out, introduced himself, and then patiently answered an hour’s worth of questions. Over the next few days my husband and I returned to test drive some of the used cars as well as some of the 2012 Miata’s. Due to our schedules, Chad gladly took us on separate test drives. Jim, the manager there, talked with my husband in person and with me over the phone, and took the time to answer all of our questions as well as make helpful suggestions. We were also impressed by Dave and Rick in finance, who found us the absolute lowest rate. It felt much more like we and the Fusz team investigated and researched the best options (versus the typical adversarial relations during a possible car buying/selling experience!), and the team there made it all happen, including orchestrating a trade for the car we were interested in at an out of state dealership—all for a very fair price. Additionally, they gave us a fair deal on our trade-in. Chad went above and beyond to make sure that this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Chad and the rest of the team have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, pre and post-sale, with 100% of our endless questions answered, no pressure tactics at all, and great follow-up. We look forward to referring others. We give them an A+! Be sure to ask for Chad Wintizer by name when you go to Lou Fusz Mazda in St. Louis. He will ensure you get your dream car at the very best possible price and will make you change your mind about the negative perceptions of the “car buying experience.” More
I was in a search for a new car-actually used and came across Lou Fusz Mazda with a holiday sale they were having. I admit, due to the holiday there were a couple people I dealt with before getting the ri across Lou Fusz Mazda with a holiday sale they were having. I admit, due to the holiday there were a couple people I dealt with before getting the right person to help me. He resolved that quickly and that was long gone of an issue for me as I was treated with the most urgent help and care and in the long run a happy customer! The sales manager, Jim Davies helped me and we assessed what my situation was and he went out of his way to get me the right financing as well as the right car for me! When another competitor dealership, Bommarito hadn't really shown as much interest and didn't step up the game as Jim did. I am not from here, but I know these are 2 of the biggest names when it comes to dealerships. The incredible service and care Jim took and then his team when I went to get my new car blew the competition out of the water! When that other dealership wasn't there for me and not having family here to assist in the decision making-it was an easy decision to go with Lou Fusz Mazda! When the sales manager goes out of his way, knowing you need a new car and then making it happen, that's what anyone would want-someone to have your back! My great experience will be passed on and they will be recommended as well as the whole Lou Fusz family! I feel confident in the additional warranty they provide on top of the customer service that I will be a very long happy customer. Thanks Jim and team for making my first "new" car experience fantastic! I will return as a customer again! More
Let me begin with the fact that I know I am difficult to please. I am picky and have specific ideas about anything I purchase. I do recommend this dealership in spite of some touch and go moments early on. please. I am picky and have specific ideas about anything I purchase. I do recommend this dealership in spite of some touch and go moments early on. I was trading my '10 CX-9 for a '12 3i and buying a used Audi TT. It was a difficult deal (like I said, I'm picky) but finally we were in agreement and I went to pick up the cars. I like to do most of my deals on the phone/via e-mail. I tend to forget there are still hours of things to do after I get there. I think this is true for the entire industry. We drove away happy and even my "as is" car has a slight warranty just in case. I am now asking a nice gentleman named Lamont to get me some service record (tires, oil change) on the Audi so I know when to go back in and it sounds like he is trying. A big thank you out to all 3 men for getting the job done! Like I said, go to Lou Fusz. If they can make me happy, they can make anyone happy. More
