The service took less than an hour and Shawn also had the Cashier's office take care of an issue with my Car Pass membership. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Great Service at Lou Fusz Mazda I arrived at Lou Fusz Mazda on Monday at 7:10 to get an oil change and a tire rotation. I was greeted by Julie Reichert who was able to get my vehicl I arrived at Lou Fusz Mazda on Monday at 7:10 to get an oil change and a tire rotation. I was greeted by Julie Reichert who was able to get my vehicle in quickly so I could go on to work. I knew I could get a shuttle to work but really didn't want to do that. My vehicle was also washed for me. The cashier Melissa was courteous and got my paperwork processed quickly. I also noticed while I was waiting how courteous and helpful Melissa was to the customers. Everybody was so kind from the moment I walked in until the time I checked out. I had to stop by the next day to get some help with something and I once again was immediately helped! Katy:- We don't give a f about your situation and you better not dare ask any question, if you have any questions related to your car service which you are paying for, we can open our big mouth say I will not do it, you do it by yourself. If we had promise you something and we don't keep that promise, call the people from where "WE" bought the product from our job is just collect your money. If you don't like this too bad you do it by yourself. This is type of people I encountered in the service department. This is the closest dealership to my house and went there for an oil change. At least don't demean the meaning of customer service. No wonder they have taken the Nissan dealership back. More

Usually when I go, I drop my car off and rent a car beca On Wednesday September 7th, 2016 around noon, I went to Lou Fusz Mazda to get my oil changed. Usually when I go, I drop my car off and rent a car because of my busy work schedule. Unfortunately this time, there were none available. So, my service advisor Katy asked me if she could have it done in 30 minutes, would I mind waiting for it. I said yes if it can get done by 1230 I would absolutely wait for it. Not only did she get my car in first thing, she got it in and out, with a car wash and towel dry, in 25 minutes! I am still blown away at the level of customer service I received and I'm super happy with how everything went! I want to thank Katy and the Lou Fusz service team a million times over for getting me taken care of with my time constraint and I will definitely be coming back for future services! More
