The charge of $29.95 for tire rotation seems excessive (I've never encountered a charge above $20 before), and the shop fee of $24.50 appears to be an add-on (perhaps an "industry standard" ) but to me it is a charge which should not have been on the bill. I would have expressed my dissatisfaction regarding these two items at the time of paying my bill, but I was in a hurry to get the car home for my wife to go an appointment. so I did not look at the bill until later. They did find me a discount which lowered the total bill somewhat. More

Great Service Tire pressure light came on unexpectedly. I thought it was due to temperature drop. Found out I needed new tires. Great service but difficult to find during Mazda constructio Our service has always been excellent, but right now finding the service center was a challenge. When I made my fall appointment, the scheduler could only give me the "2 blocks west of Lindbergh" directions because I knew to ask about the temporary location. I checked the Google map and its sky view so knew what building, but didn't realize that the door is at the far (west) end of the long building, a long way from the entrance from Old Olive. The waiting room is much nicer that the previous one on the south side of the street and quieter too. And they didn't charge for putting the new Mo. license plate on my husband's car when we couldn't get the old screws to match the holes! Thanks! More
