Service is outstanding Took my Miata in for some add on items for my recent purchase. Frustrating I was taking my car in for a recall. I told them on the phone I would need to rent a car. When I arrived that morning, they told me I would need a cop I was taking my car in for a recall. I told them on the phone I would need to rent a car. When I arrived that morning, they told me I would need a copy of my current insurance card. No one told me that on the phone, and I only had an expired one. They told me I had to have one or would not be able to rent. I had to go to work straight from there so I had to have a car. So I had to go online, make an account on my insurance company website and download a card. This took an extra 5-7 minutes for me to do this and it made me late for work. Thankfully, there was no traffic on the way or I would have been even later. It was very very frustrating. I understand that you need to know that I am an insured driver, however, I think it’s something that needs to be told to me when I call. That way I could have double checked my insurance card to make sure I had an up to date card More
