Greatest Dearlership Experience Ever! I took my car in for a recall and they discovered that another recall had been missed and took care of it. It's always something, and as usual, tires or brakes I have the same question that needs to be answered once again. 2 years ago, we purchased 4 new tires at Fusz Mazda to replace the originals that had w I have the same question that needs to be answered once again. 2 years ago, we purchased 4 new tires at Fusz Mazda to replace the originals that had worn down after 50+ thousand miles! I asked if rotations would be done for free and the answer was yes, yet every time we bring her car in for a oil change, I have to remind more than one person that rotations are free. And every time we check out, the price for rotation is still on the bill and then they take it off, but I should not have to bring it up every time. End of first gripe! Back in March, we came in for rotation and oil change and before we checked out, we were told to "keep an eye" on the brakes since the car was almost to 70K and they were original! A week later, I get a phone call from Fusz asking us to make an appointment to have the brakes done because they were "extremely" worn, I said that we were told that they are getting down and we would deal with that at inspection time in June! I took her car to our regular mechanic not even mentioning the brakes and it failed due to thin pads and rotors! Had we been told the truth or a more honest assessment of the brakes at the time of the oil change, we probably would have had them done at Fusz and the rotors may not have been in danger of failing, maybe, maybe not! And of course, we had to deal with the tire rotation issue at that time also! I guess when these tires nee replacing, we will take our tire and oil change business elsewhere if this is status quo! I have never had a problem until now. I brought in my vehicle for an oil change and other services, one of them being for a dashboard recall. They initially said they would order the new dashboard since they didn’t have any in stock at that moment. So they ordered a new one, and that it would be in by Monday and have my vehicle ready by Monday. I took in my car in on a Friday, they set me up with a loaner vehicle for the weekend. The next morning on Saturday, I get a call that my vehicle is ready, I was surprised they got it done so quickly. I questioned the dashboard and they stated they did have a new dashboard but for some reason it wasn’t listed in their stock. I go and pick up my vehicle, and I was driving home I noticed all the same marks on my dashboard that I previously had, and the dashboard still sort of lifted. So I believe they never did replaces my dashboard but just glued it down. So now I’m stuck with the same recalled dashboard.. that will possibly lift again by next summer. Not even sure what to do at this point, I’m just really annoyed and upset that they can fool me like this after being a loyal customer that have spent thousands of dollars at this dealership. More

Service Shawn is always helpful and I trust him he doesn't try to sell me anything I don't need. He knows me as a person not just a number.
