Good experience There was a little bit of confusion about where I needed to go for service, initially, because of construction they were doing on their building, but There was a little bit of confusion about where I needed to go for service, initially, because of construction they were doing on their building, but all the staff were very helpful and processional on making sure I got to where I needed to be. When I got my car looked at, the projected repair costs were much higher than I expected, so I decided to hold off on the repairs. The staff was very understanding didnt pressure me at all to change my mind. They clearly articulated what the issue was (in the grand scheme of things it was fairly minor), told me what to expect from that point moving forward and gave some advice for how to move forward. I did have to pay for the diagnostic, because I refrained from getting the repair work done, but I am glad to pay something for the high quality customer service I received. More

Quick, easy transaction. LOVE my car I went through USAA which goes through TRUECAR. I hadn’t quite decided on which car I wanted, or even what brand, but when I saw the low mileage Mazda I went through USAA which goes through TRUECAR. I hadn’t quite decided on which car I wanted, or even what brand, but when I saw the low mileage Mazda 3 online, I really liked it. Mo contacted me from my contact info I put in, asked if it was ok to text me and when I said yes he sent me a video of the car which he took out in the rain. I drove over from Illinois a couple of hours later. Mo greeted me and then we talked about the car. I had no intention of purchasing a car that day. We took it out for a drive and I was hooked. They valued my trade-in, we worked out more details and off to Shawn in finance I went. Another great guy. Before I knew it, Mo had me trained on my car and all it’s lovely options and away I went! I love my car and these guys were really great and easy to work with. More
