Oil Change & More I went in for an oil change as well as some general maintenance on my 2014 CX-9 - I also asked them to check out a noise I was hearing. They did the w I went in for an oil change as well as some general maintenance on my 2014 CX-9 - I also asked them to check out a noise I was hearing. They did the work and called me about the noise. Turns out it was an extended warranty item that Mazda was aware of and they fixed it. I picked up the car and there was a check engine light on. They took it back to check it out. The next day, I picked it up again - check engine light was due to a reset and it was all fixed. As I was driving home, I heard another new noise. I brought it back again - rode with Shawn so he could hear the noise - and once again, I left the car in their hands. They found the issue - resolved it - and I was back to pick it up for the final time. Through this time, they gave me a great loaner to use, kept in touch with me, and very helpful with everything. Even though these things can be inconveniences, I had a car and they fixed all my issues. I had such a great experience and definitely recommend their service team.
