Friendly and Helpful Team I bought my Mazda from a different dealership. At this point I really wish I would have bought it from Lou Fusz. But when it comes down to it, you most likely are going to need a person. For me, that person was Nancy at Lou Fusz. She was the first response I received to my online shopping request and kept in contact all the way. She was helpful and responsive and not at all pushy. Plus, through my research, I really feel she gave me a very fair deal. She even came in on her day off to deliver it to me, I later learned. The finance Dept and a follow-up call from the sales manager were all just as helpful as Nancy. More
