Faulty repair eventually made right I always use this dealership for my oil changes and I will continue to use it. After my most recent oil change they gave me a list of maintenance issu I always use this dealership for my oil changes and I will continue to use it. After my most recent oil change they gave me a list of maintenance issues, some of which I chose to have repaired. After the repair it took two more visits to get my car back to working order. The extra work was done without charge but the inconvenience and time wasted was annoying. No one at the dealership was willing to admit it was an issue with the original repair and simply blamed the extra issues on the mileage of my vehicle or faulty parts. I do appreciate that they made everything right. More

Friendly No Hassle Salespeople I emailed Moe about a few specific pre-owned models that were for sale on the lot. He promptly replied to me via email and asked if I would like to k I emailed Moe about a few specific pre-owned models that were for sale on the lot. He promptly replied to me via email and asked if I would like to know more. He allowed me to call him and text him first, instead of calling right away like some aggressive dealers. He emailed me a video walk-around in less than an hour and showed me all of the spectacular features and condition of the vehicle. He also let me know there were other similar vehicles for sale if the features or price were not agreeable. The prices listed for all the similar models at the dealership were well below the suggested retail value posted on multiple comparison sites, which made it an easy decision to look at them in person. I told him I would see him the next day to look at two of the vehicles in person. He made sure both were parked out front for me and clean the next day. Although I was a little delayed due to weather, he didn't get anxious and contact me to find out where I was. I showed up and he let me walk around both vehicles and inspect them on my own. He asked what aspects were most important to me. We took both for a drive so I could see the handling characteristics and show me some of the nice features. After the test drive he let walk around and look over the vehicles on my own. He let me come inside to tell him I was interested in purchasing, instead of asking what it would take to get me to purchase it that day. He went through purchasing and financing options with Stan, who was also very nice. They ran some different options for me based on down payment and terms, and we found a plan that worked for my budget. Stan took a few minutes to put together the plan and then went through the financing in more detail. He showed me warranty and repair options, but wasn't pushy with them and let me determine if it was something I wanted. Overall both gentlemen were very professional and asked many times during the process if I was comfortable and if there was anything I could do. I am happy to say they made a customer for life at Lou Fusz! More
