Usually great service but not this time I have been bringing my Mazda here for years and have never really had a complaint until now. I brought my car in for an oil change and brake service I have been bringing my Mazda here for years and have never really had a complaint until now. I brought my car in for an oil change and brake service along with repairing the arm rest. It took TWO days for these services to be completed and even then I had to call to check on the status of my vehicle myself. When I got there, the arm rest was still not fixed and I was told it only takes a few minutes. I left to get my son and lunch so that gave them an hour to complete the repair. I came back and it still hadn’t been done. I waited another hour and still wasn’t told when it was finished. I just happened to go up to the desk and find out on my own. They forgot to check in the loaner car and they put the wrong mileage on the oils change sticker. Another inconvenience for me to make a trip there again to return the loaner key. I will continue to go here for service but will only deal with Shawn as I have in the past. More

Quality service I had my oil and I had my oiled changed, and it was as fast as the express places. Addition to the time factor, they washed and vacuumed it out. I moved from out of state and needed to put on a new license plate, but the screws for the old plate had rusted so badly that they couldn't be removed I moved from out of state and needed to put on a new license plate, but the screws for the old plate had rusted so badly that they couldn't be removed. I visited another repair place, and they recommended I take it to a dealership. I called Lou Fusz, and they were able to fit me the next day. They even fixed it for me free of charge. I will definitely go back when I need work or maintenance again. More

Honest Lou Fusz Mazda has always been honest with me whether if it was good news or bad news. They always make sure my care is safe and sound when I drive Lou Fusz Mazda has always been honest with me whether if it was good news or bad news. They always make sure my care is safe and sound when I drive it home. Another big factor is that they use my oil that I bring to use in my Mazda 3s. I use nothing but Amsoil and they have no problems using the oil my Mazda. My 2007 Mazda 3s has over 120,000 miles and Lou Fusz has done all the important maintenance on our Mazda and it still runs like a champ. They are a dealer that seems like they like cars and enjoy what they are doing with the cars and want them to remain on the road as long as possible. More

This time, after tire rotation, there was a big pop notice and the tire pressure logo light red and flash; the four tires look fine. I sent back the car, the worker checked it and did something and was sure the car was OK. Next day, the pressure logo light up again. Resent the car to the dealer, the representative said the worker did update the program... I am afraid that the worker didn't correctly fix the problem caused by tire rotation, but just simple turned off the sensor. I am thinking to change other place to do the oil change and tire rotation. My car is only 3years and run 30,000mi now. More
