Oil change Initially a woman checked me in and she wasn’t very pleasant. It seemed like I was bothering her. Inside the other sales people were friendly and joking a little bit. They had good attitudes. So, I got set up for my service and proceeded to waiting area. When service was complete a gentleman came to get. He was pleasant and good attitude. I was pleased with our interaction. While at the counter checking out another customer came in. The woman that checked me in was on the internet surfing, I could see her screen. The person I was working with had to inform her there was a customer waiting. I ended my transaction and left. Overall nice place to go Clean and well designed service & waiting areas. More

Whether it is routine service or handling of unscheduled emergency situations like I just experienced, they do not miss a beat. Julie and John are strong team leaders. Ron always assists with the loaner car and making sure that I understand the terms and how to properly operate the vehicle. I did not get the opportunity to interact with my service technician one-on-one but I can tell you that Julie was in constant communication with him. He was able to address the immediate damage that I had incurred and went above and beyond locating parts that are no longer available. This team does not use the word no. Instead, it is let me see what is possible. They epitomize what world-class service looks like in action. More
