I had to return the car to the dealer because a bolt had fallen from the undercarriage, causing a bracket to scrape against the wheels. I strongly suspect the service tech failed to tighten the bolt after r fallen from the undercarriage, causing a bracket to scrape against the wheels. My husband and I drove an hour and a half to look at a Mazda CX90. We have a Mazda dealer 30 minutes from us but Lou Fouz had more options. Kyle, Kim and Nicole were very nice.
