The emails I receive do not align with what is actually expected with the dealership. I was told those emails are automated. The rep told me don’t worry about them. But I have no reference except the email expected with the dealership. I was told those emails are automated. The rep told me don’t worry about them. But I have no reference except the emails. Very unfriendly and do not care about the customer at all. It’s an assembly line and don’t care about anything but making money. I feel very uncomfortable going there it seems I am inconveniencing them. I ask questions about my service and all I get is pushback.
