And the last time I was there I talked to a couple of salesman about the new Telluride that has slowly been making it's way to the ground, and they answered all of my questions pleasantly and did not at all act like I was bothering them (even though they obviously knew I wasn't buying a new car right then). I have referred friends to them because of the just overall feeling of comfort you get at this location and my friend who bought a car there last spring says the same thing about them! More

Unexpected Excellence I normally take care of our vehicle appointments as the service department world seems to a bias toward female customers. I was out of town and my wife took the car in for maintenance. She texted me "Extremely quick, very pleasant surprise." The staff was friendly and took her SUV in for the appointment immediately upon arrival and it was done in good time. Thank you Lou Fusz for making your service experience as great as the buying experience was for us. So far the performance of the vehicle and this dealership may have just won us as a customer for life.
