Would not recommend I have done all the required maintenance and still smell fuel intermittedly in the cabin of my car. I don't care if Kia outsources it's parts, they are ultimately responsible and the dealership is responsible for performing warranty maintenance on the vehicle. Considering the class action lawsuits and number of 15 Kia Optima engine fires, 'can't reproduce the problem' isn't a valid response. More

Disappointing Communication about pricing of a part was poor. Had to pay for an antenna that ended up being double what I was quoted. No one compensated me for the Communication about pricing of a part was poor. Had to pay for an antenna that ended up being double what I was quoted. No one compensated me for the mix-up; not even a free oil change or something off my next visit. I was just looked at with "wide eyes" by the folks behind the counter as an irate customer, which I was not. I was just taken aback by the total cost of the antenna. The cost of labor alone was ridiculous for the instillation of an antenna. When I was given the total price over the phone (which I asked "how much would this cost me in total for this installation?" thinking they would give me the total cost labor included) it was completely different than what I was asked to pay at the counter. I am not one to nickle and dime and I pay for my service. But this time, it was a HUGE let down especially when they did not make an inch of an effort to fix the situation. More

Great service Stopped in for an oil change before work. Made the appointment online just two days prior. I was assisted immediately when I drove in. The staff were Stopped in for an oil change before work. Made the appointment online just two days prior. I was assisted immediately when I drove in. The staff were friendly, I got free coffee and snacks, a comfy place to sit and charge my laptop while checking work emails and before I knew it, the car all done. Loved the complimentary car wash and vacuum-didn’t even have to request it. I will be back. More
