Always a top notch experience I have been taking my Kia Optima to Lou Fusz Kia since I purchased it in 2012. Always a top-notch servicing and dealing with me on a customer service I have been taking my Kia Optima to Lou Fusz Kia since I purchased it in 2012. Always a top-notch servicing and dealing with me on a customer service level. I dropped off my car yesterday for a state inspection. I was intending on leaving it all day, but the service rep said he could get it in and out quickly if I wanted to wait. He said it would be quicker and easier than them shuttling me to work. I waited only 25 minutes, and my inspection was complete and they had washed the exterior and vacuumed the front interior out. More

Another Good Experience It was a two stage visit, I had to wait for parts. Initial visit on a Thursday that did a temporary fix and the new parts arrived by the following Tue It was a two stage visit, I had to wait for parts. Vehicle was towed to dealer and the guys took care of the re Called and told Kevin and Zach my vehicle was being towed to them. They took care of the rest. OIL CHANGE As always my service was great. I missed some of my favorite people Nicci Pollard, and Andy Strumm who were out sick with the flu, but zack took great As always my service was great. I missed some of my favorite people Nicci Pollard, and Andy Strumm who were out sick with the flu, but zack took great care of me. On this visit my only complaint would be that someone in upper management or accounts payable needs to get the vaccum for the cars fixed. It should either be repaired properly or install a new updated one. This is one of the main features (along with the car washed off) that I look forward to. Unfortunately due to the vaccum being broken I was not able to have this done. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THIS!!! More
