Customer waiting facility was top notch - very comfortable. My oil change and software recall fix took less time than expected. Only disappointment was the car wash had just gone down before me, and I was counting on a clean car. Nicce offered a free wash later, but I live in Illinois.... More
Engine Light Issue While driving my 2011 KIA Sorento, I noticed that my car had lunged forward a couple of times but didn't really think much of it util my indicator While driving my 2011 KIA Sorento, I noticed that my car had lunged forward a couple of times but didn't really think much of it util my indicator light came on and I lost power to my SUV. The manual stated that I was experiencing a Throttle Control problem but apparently this was an isolated incident because Lou Fusz couldn't find the problem but told me to be careful and aware of the problem happening again. The Service Manager, Zack Lentz was very understanding and showed concern. He told me if it happened again to have the car towed immediately to them and don't go anywhere to have a diagnostic done. Repair Department sucks I took my vehicle in for oil and engine lights showing after receiving an oil change approximately 1 1/2 After. I was informed that the company that gave me oil change. I paid for a diagnostic test and was Informed the company that gave me oil change put in wrong size filter. They did another oil change to correct problem. Lights continued to remain on. Them they said I needed a fuel injector. I paid $1537.17. I was told that my vehicle would run like new. Within less than a week. My vehicle was smelling like fuel. Shaking when the ignition was turned on to start it up. Blowing out cold air for heat. I took it back. They informed me I needed a new motor. 2015 Kia Sorento, I’d paid for extended warranty that ran out at 100,000 miles. I had approximately 112096 miles. Brought it back in. They said I needed to pay $2000. That was it. I picked up my fuel smelling. Cold air blowing car I requested a refund for what had to be a mis-diagnosed analysis. They refused More
