Bumper Repair and other things Had bumper replaced, Fusz did an excellent job. When I left lot noticed a thump an grind in front end. Went back and had Sam from body shop drive with me in car. Sam agreed with issue and we took the car straight to mechanical repair. As we pulled into shop, Sam noticed a screw in the left front tire, that took care of the thump. John Hartman drove the car and agreed that the brakes needed to be looked at. John put me in a loaner and had the brakes fixed the next day. Everyone did a great job, which is why I keep purchasing all cars from this dealership. Thanks to all for your help. More

The motor locked up on my kia soul This dealership is a complete rip off! I purchased a kia soul and the catalytic converter was on recall after I had it fixed out of my own pocket then This dealership is a complete rip off! I purchased a kia soul and the catalytic converter was on recall after I had it fixed out of my own pocket then the motor locked up because of the carbon build up and the dealership and kia corporation chose not to eat the cost to fix, and replace my motor, During the recall if they were to fix it my motor would have been replaced with my new catalytic converter, mine went out to fast, I will not purchase a bag of chips from them total rip off! When I saw that my car was still dirty I asked the gentlemen helping me if it could be washed and he said yes. They ran it through the was and brought it back dripping wet. Great Service I was in for four new tires, which people were surprised about, but the special was competitive with every tire shop. They check out was swift as always. The car wash was down on my visit, but they apologized and thoroughly vacuumed the inside. The only thing I noticed, and it happened the last time I was in, was that the complimentary snack area did not seem to be attended to. They were out of coffee the first hour I was there and had no fruit available at all. Last time, they completely ran out of cups for the soda machine. I don't go there for the snacks, but since I had morning appointments both times (8 and 9:15, respectively), I would have expected that the snack area would have been stocked first thing, or possibly the night before.
