Great service as usual! For so many years, I've always asked for and dealt with Zack Lentz since he's been very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. In my last visit, Nicci Pol For so many years, I've always asked for and dealt with Zack Lentz since he's been very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. In my last visit, Nicci Pollard was the service adviser that assisted me and Zack advised her that my vehicle must not be washed since the paint of the newly installed spoiler is still fresh. Nicci was very nice and efficient as well, always updating me on the status of my vehicle. She informed me right away that the service was done and processed the paperwork immediately. The inside of the vehicle was cleaned & vacuum since it could not be washed. The waiting room equipped with comfortable chairs & tables, snacks & beverages makes waiting feel like a breeze! More

I had to get a ladder and climb up to get it on- it wasn't hard but was disappointing. More

I brought my car in due to the check engine light coming on over the weekend while I was on the highway, I had just had an oil change and was so confu I brought my car in due to the check engine light coming on over the weekend while I was on the highway, I had just had an oil change and was so confused as to what the problem could be. However, when I dropped my car off and explained the issues that had occurred, Zack told me that he thought he knew what the problem was and that it just may be covered under the warranty (I left feeling like maybe this wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg) Zack, called me the next day and confirmed not only was it covered under the warranty but that I would also get a rental car to drive until they fixed my car! God is good and so is Zack! More
Typical Oil Change with Upsell I love the online capability to schedule an oil change. When I arrived (which was early) the service representative already know what I was there for I love the online capability to schedule an oil change. One of my pet peeves is to have a system to communicate, but when you arrive, they don't know why Im there until I tell them. It did take nearly 2 hours for an oil change and to get some wipers replaced. Towards the end of service I was told for items recommended I need which I understand not everyone pays attention to those things and prefer to have someone tell them. Since I have rejected this service twice now, it would be nice to have something in my record that provides this rejection and that I will get it when requested. Also, I know the courtesy car wash is not manual, but to leave at least 4 x 4 feet wide of dirt on the back of my vehicle does not allow me to drive away feeling like I got that extra from the dealer. More
