Even though they screwed up I purchased my car in fall of 2011. I have taken it there for any routine maintenance. I late October, it was recommended that my 32,000 mile kia sh I purchased my car in fall of 2011. I have taken it there for any routine maintenance. I late October, it was recommended that my 32,000 mile kia should have a transmission flush as part of the 30,000 mile maintenance requirement. This was done, and for some reason the tech working on my car overfilled the transmission fluid which caused my transmission to be ruined. I was very upset, as I have taken very good care of my car and it drove like a charm before that visit. Zack went out of his way to make it right. I guess it didn't hurt that my transmission was still under warranty. Either way, I have been driving my car for a few days, and so far, all is well. Sometimes things happen, we all are human. I am glad that I have my car back and it didn't cost me anything. They also gave me a car to drive while mine was in the shop. I will come back and give them another try! :) More

Excellent Service Providers After obtaining an estimate for the paint job for my Subaru Outback 2018 and granted the approval from the warranty company, I send my car to them on After obtaining an estimate for the paint job for my Subaru Outback 2018 and granted the approval from the warranty company, I send my car to them on December 9, 2019 to start the paint job. When the staff looked at the job, they discovered that the original estimation cost will not cover the entire job required as the tree snip and bird's dropping had eaten into the paint and spread to a bigger area. Bret Otto carbon copy his email correspondence with Julissa Cantu, a claims specialist from CalTex Protective Coatings, Inc.to me asking the warranty company to cover the full price of the job required. Of course, CalTex tailed to honour the new estimate but Bret Otto assured me that he will get the paint job done without costing me any extra. More

Kia Rondo State emissions and safety inspection. I have always found this Kia service center a good place to have work performed on my cars.
