I WOULD NOT recommend their services to ANYONE not even my worst enemy. More

Totally happy with Fusz Kia Service till this week Service at Fusz Kia has been extraordinary since August 2017 until this past Monday. I had purchased 4 new tires at the end of December and last Sunda Service at Fusz Kia has been extraordinary since August 2017 until this past Monday. I had purchased 4 new tires at the end of December and last Sunday one of the tires blew out requiring Kia Roadside. My wife was not sure if it was rock, debris or a pot hole. At Fusz on Monday I was told tire was badly damaged and not repairable and that I would need a new tire. And that I would have to pay the roughly $175 for the tire and the $70 for the alignment. I was shocked that there was no guarantee/warranty coverage on a 6-7 week old tire. Might consider Kia of West County in the future for service. More

The repairs were excellent and I appreciated the thorough clean up of my vehicle, inside and out, afterward. However, the rental Kia reeked of smoke. I didn't feel that question best represented the willingness of the collision service to provide the best for a customer, local or otherwise. More
