I had a great conversation today with Andy Stumm, the Service Manager at Lou Fusz Kia. We talked through the tire issue and Andy agreed to provide a credit for my future service at the dealership. I came away with a lot of respect for Andy and the folks at Fusz Kia and look forward to their excellent service in 2020 and beyond.
