Kevin my service manager was very kind. Kept me up to date on the whole testing process of my car engine. The technician was very thorough with his testing. I could not ask for better. Always Excellent Service & Answers. I took my older van in for a state inspection. I checked later and sure enough the tires on the van were bought many more years ago than I had reckoned. I also had Sean/parts department help me with procuring the filters and fluids I needed for my cars and he answered my questions and was most helpful. I trust going to the Lou Fusz service department because manager/Andy Stumm will always answer my concerns and questions, and I ask for mechanic/Christopher Jones because as in the past - he doesn't hesitate to tell me what needs to be corrected on my vehicle and why. Great Service overall. More

Always the best service whenever I go in. They give you all the right information so you can make the best decision about what you should be doing for your vehicle, but also take in consideration your uniq all the right information so you can make the best decision about what you should be doing for your vehicle, but also take in consideration your unique situation each time. We bought a 2016 Kia Optima with all the buttons and whistles. After 3 months our Nav/Sat radio had to be replaced because it wouldn’t save settings. Shortly after we noticed the passenger front floor b whistles. After 3 months our Nav/Sat radio had to be replaced because it wouldn’t save settings. Shortly after we noticed the passenger front floor board was wet and a foul oder coming from the vents We took it back to the dealer and were told that the oder was a common issue. We took it back several times because they said it was fixed and it wasn’t. They finally took the windshield out and found that a gap in the sealant that holds the windshield in was allowing water to enter the car. When we picked the car up there were greasy finger prints all over the head liner and sun visors. We had to take the car back again to have it cleaned. Now, knock on wood we haven't had a problem since. We needed another new car so we went back to Lou Fusz to look at an SUV. We found a used one that we liked but it needed tires so started talking to the sales people. We offered them what we thought was fair which was the price of the SUV minus the cost of tires. They said no but they came back with a price for $900 more and they would put tires on the car. we went back and forth. This dealer refused to come down a penny on their car. We thought since we were return customers they would work with us especially since we had problems with our first car we bought from them. We got extremely frustrated and got up and left. We drove to another dealership and purchased an SUV the same afternoon. That following Monday I got a text from Lou Fusz asking me if I had a change of heart about their SUV. I told them that we got so frustrated with them that and we bought a nee car from somewhere else. I also told them how displeased with them because owner loyalty apparently didn’t mean anything to them. I also told them that after we left them on Saturday the dealer Loyalty didn't mean anything to us anymore. We continue to have our Optima serviced from them only for the Engines forever Warranty the car has on it. If it wasn’t for keeping up the Warranty I would take our vehicle some place else. I am not here to tell you to not buy from them, but we wont ever again. Getting a new car should be a fun experience. Lou Fusz fell short on that delivery. More
My car began running rough. I brought it to the dealership and they got me right in. Fixed the problem within one hour, which was covered under warranty. Also washed my car, which was nice.
