They got me in and out the same day problem was found. At 4a in the morning I noticed the low tire pressures light on. I drive about 20 miles to work on the Hwy. I tried to put air in it myself but I did not feel safe at the service station. I made it to work. called and was able to get an appointment. They fixed the tire, did a rotation and oil change. A complete disappointment My local mechanic was out of town and unavailable so I researched the IL/MO Kia dealer service departments for the ones who had the best reviews. Lou Fusz Kia had the best overall with Zack having very good reviews. I made an appointment and even though I was told by Zack the job would be done around noon or a little after noon, I ended up being there from 7:30a.m. to 4:45p.m., I was initially happy with the service performed and Zack's customer service. Within a week I was taking my vehicle back in to Zack with issues. I was now skeptical about the quality of the work I just paid many thousands of dollars for. After my second time back, Zack said it was good to pick up. Fast forward to this past week, I called Zack, still having issues and it was found by my local mechanic to have a leak in the area of where the initial work was all done. My local mechanic did not want to take it apart and fix it and void the warranty from Lou Fusz Kia. So here I go back to Lou Fusz again, for the third time. This time Zack was not at the service desk when I dropped it off and instead I had the unfortunate luck of being checked in by Kevin Derleth. This man has ZERO customer service skills. Hopefully he was just having a bad day and that is not his normal demeanor and attitude towards people. I dropped my vehicle off for the appointment I had set up with Zack for the following day. Zack called me about 2 1/2 hours after I dropped it off and said that they found there is a leak but it is not in the area where his guy did the work, however they can fix it for close to $700.00. Thank you but absolutely not. I picked up my vehicle that evening and took it to my local mechanic the next day who did the work for 1/2 the price and has great customer service and people skills and does great work. I thought I did thorough research and based off many reviews had chosen Lou Fusz Kia Service Department. Based off my multiple experiences with them in a matter of just over three months, what a huge disappointment. In the future I will be patient and wait for my local mechanic to be available. Lou Fusz Kia, you can provide a nice area to sit and wait in, you can provide coffee and soda and snacks, however I am there to have good reliable service performed on my vehicle and hopefully be treated with friendly customer service. You failed. More

Mechanic is supposed to do multipoint inspection but doesn't check oil level?it was at minimum level. Don't ask you price range for tires/just slap on hundred dollar ones.? All I hear from cust service is loud laughing. Then they would not let me drive a circle around to listen for noise after struts replaced.came running out said I pay first. They even wanted 30$-for tire rotation after 1100.00 spent there/I denied. Salesmen approached me while relaxing to sell me a car?? First off /I spoke to 3 diff. Reps making appointment./called 3 days later to confirm.they said I had no appointment./I made it online & recieved a confirmation email of my date & time. I should of shut up when I was told my bill was 700 not 1100. Wait was super long.was there 5-1/2-6hrs for front struts & 2 tires. Only go there if it's something i need right away. Not sure if they cleaned up their carwash/if not..when they ask..say please d0 n0t wash your car/trust me I think I DESERVE $-CREDITED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT ! More
