Per our conversation earlier, you were not denied service. When you purchased your car you signed an agreement saying you would get lifetime oil changes if you performed the REQUIRED maintenance. Andy Stumm, Please note that my review is regarding my last visit, and there is a difference between "RECOMMENDED" service and "REQUIRED" service. In addition, I have paid for additional services performed by Lou Fusz Kia maintenance department at a decent price and they have done all my recalls and I had no problems. The recommended mileage maintenance service, however, is not due and I should not be forced to pay for a recommended maintenance service (that is not due) to continue my lifetime oil changes. Moreover, to suggest that I pay around $125 for an oil change is not right and extremely higher than the $45.95 Essentials package which consist of an oil change, genuine Kia oil filter, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection.
