Could not get return phone calls prior to service I left 3 messages at different times to find our about what service needed to be performed on my car. The original appointment was for emissions test. I left 3 messages at different times to find our about what service needed to be performed on my car. The original appointment was for emissions test. After no one called me back, I cancelled the appointment. I did receive an email but I didn"t get an opportunity to explain my issue. When I rescheduled, I again asked for a phone call to let me know what other service needed to be done. No call. According to the MO State, I qualified for low mileage exception on the emissions test, but still needed a service date to file the paperwork. If the car needed other service, I could skip the $25 test. I explained this on my messages, but no one called me back. I eventually had the State Emissions Test performed with no other service required. Everyone is very nice but no one seemed aware that this process is in place. My primary issue was that no one was returning my phone calls. More

Oil Change and Tire Rotation This dealership has been incredible. From the buying to the servicing. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. When it was done, they stated it This dealership has been incredible. From the buying to the servicing. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. When it was done, they stated it didn't need the tire rotation and would just be charged for the oil change. I have NEVER had a dealership tell me I didn't need a service before.
