I had to have major repair done, Kevin started out great. Called immediately after finding out what was needed & gave info to apply for help paying for bill. I usually work with Zach who always keeps me up to date on what going on. Timeline: Car was dropped off Wed night for Thurs appointment 8/13/2020. Spoke with Kevin that morning. A week pass by with no contact. I start calling & left a couple messages. Finally after leaving an early morning messing on Mon the 24th called back but that time I left a message on Zach VM. Kevin calls not long after that. He asked why I was calling I explained then he looks in system & my car had been ready since Saturday. He says he was off Thurs & Fri left a note for me to be called but what about Sat. I was never offered drop off & had to rush to find a way to pick it up to get there before 6pm. More

Hello! When I arrived at the dealership the employees where super friendly. I also saw that two gentlemen cleaning the areas due to the pandemic. Pulled up at my service appointment and Zach met me at my car and welcomed me! He explained what service was going too be performed!
