Great experience and very professional. Apparently they did not have a certificate of origin for the vehicle and I have yet to receive it. I cannot get my tags until then. I am also awaiting a refund for the part of my window tinting I did not get. VIP window tinting Called Jake Degenhardt (sp) on 2/27/25 informing him they needed to refund me. I have heard or seen nothing. Other than that, it was a great experience. I revised my rating to 5 star after thinking about it, neither was in the dealers control. More

I hate everything about Kia. My brand new car has been in and out of the shop since I got it for things a new car should not be having problems with.
