We love bringing our Kia to Lou Fusz. They are always helpful and very thorough in their diagnosis of any problem we have had. They are also great at calling our warranty company to mak They are always helpful and very thorough in their diagnosis of any problem we have had. They are also great at calling our warranty company to make sure any repairs are covered and paid for. We recently had to wait for over 3 hours for the repair to be made and during our wait we found the waiting room to be comfortable, with snacks and a TV to help pass the time. The Service staff is always friendly and helpful. We also love the fact that after the service is finished they wash the car. Thank you Lou Fusz employee's for all your great service. More

I've been asked in the multiple times after a service appointment to provide a 5-star review in exchange for a discount on my next service. Keep that in mind when you're reading all these 5-star reviews. I would recommend this service center if you need something very basic done - I.e. Oil change, tire rotation, alignment. If you're experiencing a more complex issue with your vehicle, I would caution that this service center's issue triage process and communication is not ideal. If you bring you car in for a more complex issue, be prepared to be told its probably something you're doing wrong, and that they will not go above and beyond, or maybe not even do the bare minimum to validate or resolve your issue. When I had an issue that I could replicate consistently, but they could not, they never once asked me if I could show them the issue. If you know there is a software update, or recall on your vehicle that needs to be completed, don't just say that - it won't get done. You have to phrase it that you're having an issue, and then they will consider the known update or recall as a possible solution. They won't just complete a recall or update because you asked. Rodney is a new service advisor and is very communicative and understanding. Tayon is a Porter with Kia Service and is very nice and great to talk to if you're getting picked up or dropped off somewhere. Tayon, of all the people I've encountered at Kia, was the most sympathetic to my repeated service visits. More
