But, he made sure we knew that he would be with us shortly. He was apologetic for our wait. He helped us sort out pros & cons between the 2 different models we were looking at. We had decided on a Sorento. Unfortunately, the selection in stock was low, in the trim level with options we wanted. He and the general manager searched other dealers, for a vehicle that matched what we wanted. They had found 1 at an dealership, about 100 miles away. After working out the details, we agreed to getting that vehicle. All along Micheal was not in the least bit pushy. He was very attentive to our requests & did everything he could to get them taken care of. He was also very efficient with our time. He did a lot of multi-tasking. I hadn't bought a new car in quite sometime. The last couple times, I had felt like I was drained by the end of the purchase. This time was different, in virtually every aspect of the buying process, I felt that I was a valued customer. I am very appreciative for the way Micheal handled the process. Would HIGHLY recommend him & Lou Fusz Kia to anyone! In addition, the finance manager, Tracy Floyd, was very good to deal with. No high pressure to buy additional services or items. More
