GREAT customer service! Called Lou Fusz Kia on a friends recommendation and talked with Kris Portnoy in sales. During our conversation he asked questions to find out specifi Called Lou Fusz Kia on a friends recommendation and talked with Kris Portnoy in sales. During our conversation he asked questions to find out specifically what I was looking for in my next new car and setup a time to come in for a test drive. On the day of the test drive (several days later), Chris did what he promised, he had a freshly washed Kia Optima EX sitting out front waiting for my wife and I. After walking us around the car and pointing out features, he answered some questions we had, and then were on our way with the test drive. Once we were back at the dealership, Kris sat down with us to see what we could do. Kris was fantastic to work with, extremely patient, and willing to help us in any way he could. ALL car salespeople could learn a lesson from Kris on how he treats his customers, with respect. Thanks Kris!!! More
