This time a Kia Forte, so I worked with Steve Bedell at the Kia location, who made the buying experience extremely pleasant and stress-free. On Saturday 8/27/16 I brought my car in for it's first service at Lou Fusz Kia (In the past I did service at Lou Fusz Fiat location). I was immediately treated like I had been taking my car there for years. I don't recall the name of the guy who checked me in, but it was 11:30am that day. He was very nice and answered a few questions I had about the car, after having time to break it in. While waiting for my car to be serviced, I asked another gentleman from the service dept. a question about my extra key fab. He, too, was extremely nice and thorough in answering my question, informing me that the fab is covered on my warranty, should it malfunction again. These are the reasons why I will continue to buy any future cars from Lou Fusz. The customer service is outstanding and they make me feel appreciated for my business. Thank you all! More

It is now 2016 and I am getting ready to roll 95,000 miles and Sam (now in the service department), and the rest of the service team, have been extremely nice and helpful over all of these years!
