Great Service Kevin greeted me as I pulled into the service department. Extraordinary Customer Service I went to the service center to get a free car wash. I was informed that I was in need of an oil change too (all at no charge). The service technician I went to the service center to get a free car wash. I was informed that I was in need of an oil change too (all at no charge). The service technicians were very personable. They directed me to the customer waiting area. The service would last about an hour. I was pleasantly surprised. It was like walking into to someone's home. The chairs and couches we super comfy, they offered free wifi and the baseball game was on the tv! The time went by so fast because I was comfortable. I will not be stressed about future appointments! Everything was great! More
