He is very knowledgeable about the Kia products, has a long history with Lou Fusz, and wants to make sure his customers leave extremely satisfied. Sam has a 5 star rating from my husband and I. Joe is the man to see about finance. He explains everything in a way that makes sense, even when you leave the dealership. Very friendly, personable, and you can tell he loves what he does. The reason as to why I did not rate 5 stars is because the only person who was recognized for doing business was my husband. The GM, Mike, was helping with getting rates on my car and never once thanked me or shook my hand. Yes, my husband was doing the negotiations but it was with my money and my husband was not financing. Sam did a wonderful job with his customer service and so did Joe. I just wish the GM would have recognized his true customer instead of pushing me off to the side. Instead, I was being told how big of a deal he was giving me, as if I owed him a thank you. More

From the moment you drive up to the service bay you receive a smiling face to assist you. The waiting area was very nice complete with snacks and beverages. Visited the showroom and ran into our salesman, Joe Lehne, who immediately recognized us and began a conversation. Special thanks to Jill in the Service Dept. She greeted me when I drove up and assisted us through the process. Granted, we were there for minor maintenance, but that doesn't seem to stop the enthusiasm she had in assisting us. Jill even made sure we were knowledgeable and up to date on the rewards program. It's been over a year since we purchased the 1st Kia at Lou Fusz, and they still treat us as if we were getting ready to make another major purchase. We recommend Lou Fusz Kia to everyone and will continue to do so. The Sorento will be back for service in June and I expect nothing less than excellence (since they pride themselves on excellence) from the folks at Lou Fusz Kia. More
