Outstanding customer service We needed service to both of our cars recently; my wife needed a 5K mile service for her new Optima and I needed a headlight fixed on my 2011 Sorento. We needed service to both of our cars recently; my wife needed a 5K mile service for her new Optima and I needed a headlight fixed on my 2011 Sorento. We called and Andy was able to get us in the same day. While waiting, Sam came out and we chatted about cars and he showed me the new show room construction. During the tour, we ran into Mike and he asked how we liked the new car and when I wanted to replace the Sorento, (with a big smile), Later when I picked up the Sorento I asked Andy about a trailer hitch installation for a bike rack, Andy said they could take care of that and even found it on sale and got it rush delivery for the next day. When I went to pick it up, not only was the hitch on but the guys had installed my new bike rack which was in the car.
