I purchased a used Acura from Lou Fusz Kia and was told by the salesperson that the they performed the same multi-point inspection on all vehicles and that anything found was repaired. After we purchased, by the salesperson that the they performed the same multi-point inspection on all vehicles and that anything found was repaired. After we purchased, I asked that they send a copy of the inspection list and was ignored after multiple attempts. The car needed new brake pads and rotors, several undercarriage bolts were missing and a new heat shield. They did not inspect anything. This was for my 16 year old, which they were fully aware of, and they let us drive off the lot in an unsafe vehicle. I will never do business with them again. Not even a huge expense but to straight up be dishonest is just sad. More

This was my first service visit since purchasing a 2024 Niro in July 2024. It was for a recall, and I was able to get an appointment when I wanted it. When I drove in, I was greeted promptly by the service advisor. He directed me to the customer lounge, where I enjoyed a cup of coffee and wi-fi.
