Once we decided what we wanted, the closing went quickly. If you are pretty certain you will buy a car, take the title to your trade-in, the extra keys, and the release from your previous financial institution if applicable, to save making another trip to the dealership. If you’re a veteran, take that proof, too. We are very happy with the vehicle and the experience. The only thing that would make it better is not having to pay for it! More

Due to my heavy work and travel schedule, I could not visit the dealer immediately after finding the car I wanted online. I had a lot of questions and was hesitant about purchasing a used vehicle. However, the vehicle and price point was exactly what I wanted and too good to pass up. I emailed their internet sales department and was contacted by Mike Cerva. Mike immediately addressed the list of questions regarding I had regarding the vehicle history and financing. We completed 95% of the deal, including adding customized after-market options, via email or text. He was patient, professional, and very responsive. He understood exactly what I wanted and made my purchasing experience a joy. In addition to Mike, the service department has been outstanding in addressing any questions I have had post-delivery. I am very pleased with my overall purchasing experience and would definitely recommend Lou Fusz to my family and friends. You won't be disappointed!! More
