There was a car that caught my eye---a Certified Pre-Owned 2016 Kia Forte EX 5-Door---so I sent the dealership a request through their website indicating my interest. After exchanging a few texts with the friendly online sales staff, Kris Portnoy reached out with a quick text message of his own, as well as an emailed video greeting so I could put a face to the name. We set up a time to talk numbers and hopefully test-drive the car. Kris was outstanding to work with every step of the way. He responded to all of my questions and helped me through the car-buying process, and never once tried to push for the immediate sale. I told him I had to take a few days to think about this decision, as it was a big one, and his only fear was that the car I set my sights on might not last until the end of the week. Fortunately for me, it did, and I drove it home a few days later. I'm very thankful for Kris' Portnoy's help in buying my next car. His knowledge, professionalism, and patience helped seal the deal for me. Lou Fusz Kia was my first---and only---stop before I found my "new" (certified pre-owned) car, and I am incredibly happy about the purchase and experience. More

While my car was being serviced, I got immediate attention when I inquired about the car before the showroom was even open. I was able to negotiate a very good deal over text and the phone with Kris. I had additional help choosing the right car and getting the most for my trade from the Regional Manager, Michael Feinstein. I felt like a diplomat from the service department to the porter, Jason to the sales floor and to the finance department. There were no pressure sales tactics throughout the whole experience.There was only one little issue with the recall work, but they had a loaner car on the spot. More
First time in 12 years I have to question? The professionalism is always good and they are always helpful in answering any of your concerns. But I question now [ after 12 years] if my Van really has needed what they said would fix my car. Came in for just an inspection and emission test. Told me I needed engine seals [they just put on 6 months earlier]. When I questioned, they looked it up and found out that they did in deed replace the seals. The end result was they did not clean the engine good when they replaced the seal and that is why they saw oil leaks. Something just doesn't feel right I've trusted them for 12 years, I would of spent another 800 for something they already fixed . More
