Just purchased a brand new 2020 Kia Telluride Working with Kris and Jared, on the sales side, was the easiest and most professional vehicle purchase I've ever experienced. In fact we had an agreed sales price on the Telluride and a value on my Trade that I was very pleased with before I even went to their dealership to wrap things up. All of this was completely handle via emails and a couple of phone calls BEFORE my dealership visit. When I did get to the dealership (3/9/19) there was some difficulty getting the rates and terms I need from MY CREDIT UNION. Jared, the Sales Manager, stepped right in and secured excellent financing through KIA FINANCIAL including a $1,500.00 rebate and a Kia paid 1st payment, both of which I would not have gotten through MY CREDIT UNION. I was then turned over to Joe Shepard, Finance Manager, who worked with me seamlessly to finalize all documents and paperwork. In fact, when Joe looked over the financing deal from Kia Financial he personally called them and GOT ME A BETTER DEAL. All in all a very positive experience working with Kris, Jared and Joe at Lou Fusz Kia I highly recommend working with these gentlemen and the whole Fusz team, and, as a bonus, I love my new Telluride and it's 5 year bumper to bumper warranty!! my problems still being ignored after 5 yrs I still have the warm up problem with this car. I have complained about this many times but it has been ignored and brushed off every time. When the car is warming up on a very cold day, if I get stuck in traffic the temp meter starts going back down. I never had a car with this or even heard of this before. I've had it in with this complaint many times. Because this is a more difficult problem to duplicate it has been ignored over and over again. Changing the coolant has not helped at all. Lou Fusz service has had it in on very cold days but has not taken the effort to sufficiently investigate. This bad service will have an effect someday on where I buy my next car. Not there. More
