Excessive Waiting time. For the 2nd time our waiting time was very excessive. We drove 120 miles thinking since we had an appointment we would be in & out quickly, all we nee For the 2nd time our waiting time was very excessive. We drove 120 miles thinking since we had an appointment we would be in & out quickly, all we needed was an oil change. We had an 11:30 appointment & we arrived at 11:00. At 12:45 our was still setting in the shop where had originally parked it. After inquiring why, we were told we would be next. At 1:30 we were finally completed. Not very happy with this. The people behind the counter were very nice. But the over scheduling needs to be corrected. More
