The replacement part was in house as Nicci said it would be and the work I had requested was completed in time for me to go to work. The waiting area was clean and neat not as well stocked as usual but it was early in the morning. Zack was courteous and gave me the summary of the work to be completed and the cost. The work was accomplished as described and the cost was as anticipated. I am confident when I drive away that the the vehicle will perform reliably and the road trip will be a success. The excellent customer service center is the reason I would return to purchase another KIA down the road. More
