Kris was the first to greet us when we walked in and was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. He was friendly and we didn't feel pressured to buy. Lou Fusz Kia auto maintenance. It all starts with setting the appointment right? I had a 'window of time' from work that would make my day if I could get my Oil Change done. I ca It all starts with setting the appointment right? I had a 'window of time' from work that would make my day if I could get my Oil Change done. I called and was scheduled at 2pm. Perfect! I arrived and was greeted by Nicci Pollard before I got out of my car. I was again greeted upon entering the Service Area by all the other Service Staff. I enjoyed fresh brewed coffee in the comfortable waiting area where I often like to walk through the Kia showroom to see "What's New". Nicci approached me with a recommendation for an Engine Air Filter with pricing. I approved her recommendation and it wasn't long after that that I was checking out and saying my good-bye's to everyone. My car was washed, vacuumed, and ready to go in the bay. It felt like family as I waved to everyone as I exited. Well done! More
