My vehicle has been had three different service of checking oil loss every 1000 miles. Continuing to loose too much oil when it goes 5000 miles to 7000 miles. My vehicle’s last service check which sta checking oil loss every 1000 miles. Continuing to loose too much oil when it goes 5000 miles to 7000 miles. My vehicle’s last service check which started another recall service checks. The oil lost a significant amount and my warning light didn’t come on. When I asked why, shrugged shoulders shaking head like he didn’t know why. There is other issues keep happening with car that doesn’t happen when they drive. My car only has 71000 miles and always changed oil. More

When calling in the phone system has little to be desired. If an advisor is not available, the system prompts you to leave either a phone message or text message. The system prefers you to leave text messages. Well IF there is a reply it takes quite a longtime. There isn't a way to speak to anyone in the meantime. This is my mainissue. More
