I've had to drop my car off 3 different times in the month of October and had to pay to get things fixed that I thought the techs should have caught during the inspection of my vehicle when they had it month of October and had to pay to get things fixed that I thought the techs should have caught during the inspection of my vehicle when they had it the first time. They make it clear that there will be a $180 charge for a diagnostics and after me picking up may car the 3rd time, 2 days later, the check engine light is now on! I bring my vehicle to them hopping to keep it up to par and they give it back with issues that they didn't catch when they are inspecting it! I don't understand where the disconnect is! I've reached out to management with no response! More

Dissatisfied. I had concluded negotiations with Corey Sims (First rate?). Upon receipt of paper work and check I entered the dealership to leave paperwork and check for Mr. Sims (His day off.) with intentions of returning the following day to take delivery of the vehicle. I was then told by the sales manager I had to conclude business now for all 2024s had to be gone that day. Due to time constraints I was not prepared to take delivery on that day and had to rearrange my schedule and cancel some events. I was handed off to Mr. Daoud (First rate!) for delivery. Mr. Daoud made the best of a bad situation for the car was not ready at this time. Another, reason to take delivery a day after providing paper work and check. Mr. Daoud reviewed the vehicle's operations, paper work et cetera and went above and beyond the requirements. Even though he was not going to compensated for such activities. When I finally got the vehicle. It was dirty. Bird excrements on roof an hood and it had not been vacuumed. And much of the plastic coverings had not been removed. Your sales manager's need to meet some arbitrary number made for a xxxx poor experience. I can only wonder what sort of ridiculous mandates were placed on him by his superiors???? What is sales????? Treating people like you want to be treated! I will never purchase a vehicle from Lou Fusz again! More
I have been a loyal customer of Lou Fusz for over 10 years, purchasing all my vehicles and having all my body work done through your establishment. However, I am writing to bring to your attention a recent incident of poor service that I experienced. During my most recent visit, I was unfortunate enough to encounter an employee named Kristopher Turek. Mr. Turek seemed unable to separate business from personal matters, as he proceeded to harass me and even send me inappropriate photos while my vehicle was in his care. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and has left me extremely dissatisfied with my overall experience. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism at all times. I hope that this incident can be addressed promptly and that measures will be taken to ensure that similar situations do not occur in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. More
