I traded in my current car and made a new purchase on December 16th. Every since I purchased my car i have had trouble with the finance department screwing up my paperwork. I have spoken to the financ December 16th. Every since I purchased my car i have had trouble with the finance department screwing up my paperwork. I have spoken to the finance manager Curtis/Joe and they steady given me the run around and left several calls for the sales manager Jared and no return call to resolve this manner. My trade debt has yet to be settled and they have had the vehicle since December 16th. I have been to the location four times to get this matter resolve and as of today I'm still occurring fees on a debt to a car I know longer have in my possession. I give this experience a negative zero. More

Brian is so easygoing and nice. I also have to say Curtis was a pleasure to work with in finance to and Joe made our deal easy.
