This was my first service visit since purchasing a 2024 Niro in July 2024. It was for a recall, and I was able to get an appointment when I wanted it. Discrepancies with 45k contract with an online bank, simple interest to be told wait 2 years to refinance, but the payoff is only 22k I attempted to call finance and email with no success. I was not aware of all the tics to my credit report until after I am now receiving denial letter and all of the are stating no access to my credit score, which is false; I unlocked all 3 until the decided to go with the online bank. I am back to square 1 with my debt, but everyone for some reason was congratulating me as if it was a good deal! Confused by the congrats. The whole costly experience all because of hail damage. In the end I blame my self for being so trusting of a mans world. I should have researched the ends and OUTS of leasing. What I recommend is to be fair and not take advantage of the inexperienced car buyer. No shade, just nothing positive to say with a 45k car only worth 21k. If a lease is going to cost you in the end and you don't have the money don't do it, know and be clear on all the rules, don't assume that hail damage is part of the lease end dent measurements. Remember the market changes and when it does they will capitalize of of it. I am not saying don't go to this place, but wherever you go. Know what they can do and what they can't do. A person in their feelings, blown away by a 45k vehicle contract! Thank God I know the Lord, he will provide! SMH More

Wonderful young man Zachery Lentz took care of me. Just a few seconds after pulling my car in he inspected my problem and said it may have to be ordered. After a few minutes he came to the TV room and verified that my part needed to be ordered and that it is covered by my warranty. Just what I wanted to hear. After a day at home Zachery called me and said the part has arrived and I made an appointment to return. Zachary is calm, pleasant, informative, kind, and handled this moderate/severe deaf woman with kid gloves. A wonderful experience. More
