Steve and Brittney were fantastic. Kept me updated about the repair process and stayed pretty much on time. Kept me updated about the repair process and stayed pretty much on time. More

Our vehicle needed service, and we brought it into Lou Fusz Kia because I heard good things. Zach Lentz, my service advisor, was helpful and informative at first. Then I ran into an issue with arbitration to determine whether to repair the vehicle or repurchase. It took a bit longer than it should have, but at the end Zach started talking about storage fees, which had not been brought up before. I went to pick up the vehicle and was told we owed almost $1000 in storage fees ($50 per day). Not once was this brought up in all of our communications, which was regular, until the very end when he got tired of dealing with us and decided it was time to get some extra money. I tried to reason but was told this fee was company policy and he had no choice but to charge me. He really didn't want to explain anything or deal with me on this issue. I never signed any agreement, and I never saw a copy of this so-called policy. I was able to get some of that cost taken off but still had to pay $500 when it should have been zero. I did not abandon the vehicle, just trying to work out an issue. This is not good customer service towards another dealer that has a lot full of Kia's , and local customers who purchase them. We would have used this dealer exclusively and recommended their service to our customers. Needless to say, Lou Fusz Kia has lost a good opportunity for future business with a growing company. I do not and will not recommend Lou Fusz Kia for service. They do not seem to care about opportunity for future business. More

Paid $400 twice with no explanation or anything. Will only return for when there is a recall. Will only return for when there is a recall. More
I purchased a used Acura from Lou Fusz Kia and was told by the salesperson that the they performed the same multi-point inspection on all vehicles and that anything found was repaired. After we purchased, by the salesperson that the they performed the same multi-point inspection on all vehicles and that anything found was repaired. After we purchased, I asked that they send a copy of the inspection list and was ignored after multiple attempts. The car needed new brake pads and rotors, several undercarriage bolts were missing and a new heat shield. They did not inspect anything. This was for my 16 year old, which they were fully aware of, and they let us drive off the lot in an unsafe vehicle. I will never do business with them again. Not even a huge expense but to straight up be dishonest is just sad. More
