My husband and I enjoyed working with Brian and Curtis - both were super helpful and didn't give us anything which felt like an upsell. They spoke about their own cars and experiences and families, and it both were super helpful and didn't give us anything which felt like an upsell. They spoke about their own cars and experiences and families, and it all was pleasant and respectful, and we never felt uncomfortable, misled or misinformed. Curtis was very clear and down to earth how he explained everything and Brian took the time to clean the vehicle and affix my new plates professionally. Our hat is off to them both. This visit started with the service desk attendant shaming me for going a few hundred miles past the recommended routine maintenance for the appointment. Then the service took 3 hours, which is total shaming me for going a few hundred miles past the recommended routine maintenance for the appointment. Then the service took 3 hours, which is totally unacceptable for a scheduled routine maintenance appointment, which should be under an hour but for sure under two hours. The only highlight was that a very nice driver was able to take me home so that I could make it to another scheduled appointment that day (hence the two stars instead of one). Then when I returned, the charge was $250, which is just unbelievable and unacceptable for routine maintenance. I will never come back to this place. More
