Within a few days of submitting our initial inquiry we had what we wanted and Ryan Humphrey made it a smooth experience for us from start to finish. Curtis in finance also was easy to work with and very professional with the products he sells; informative and absolutely not pushy beyond doing his job trying to get a sale. I would absolutely recommend taking a look here for your vehicle needs, as we will definitely be putting them at the top of the list next time my wife and I are in the market for a vehicle. More

We were sold a Kia carnival in May 2024 at this dealer. On August 26th, we pressed our key fob to open the sliding doors and heard a loud screech - one of the door hinges had come off the track and scratch On August 26th, we pressed our key fob to open the sliding doors and heard a loud screech - one of the door hinges had come off the track and scratched the entire back side panel. We did not physically touch the car, we have no idea how something like this could even happen to a heavy sliding door. So we had the car towed to Lou Fusz with the understanding that they’d repair it under their warranty. It is now October 7th and every interaction with Kia has been unhelpful. We have had several members of Lou Fusz Kia agree that this is a mechanical defect that was obviously not something we did. And yet, their higher ups (someone called a DPSM and I guess other corporate contacts? It’s all very mysterious in an obvious way to avoid taking responsibility) all claim that this repair would NOT be covered under the Kia warranty. They provide no official documentation on their decision and only tell us to call Kia corporate to try and convince them to cover the repair. Their only reasoning is that “the door sensors would have stopped the door from opening”, because there’s no way the door sensors could have failed, right?? Oh, and I’m pretty sure they have done nothing to actually investigate how the door came off the track. Our car is now indefinitely stuck at the dealership until Kia corporate comes to a decision on what to do with the car. This has been a very disappointing experience and has ruined our first time buying a new car for our family of 6. Do not buy a Kia, they will not stand by their warranty and the dealership will do almost nothing to make things right for you. More
