I have had this truck at their service department three times, of two of those visits were horrible with terrible customer care. They just do not care about customers and their service experience. My last visit I was chastised by the service writer for not being on time for the 8:00 AM appointment to drop my truck off for service. He then said that they would not be able to get to it and they would not promise anytime for its completion. Bottom line is that I left with my truck, much to the service writer's happiness. My first experience with this service department I made my appointment on time, this one while I waited. They had me waiting for my truck for four plus hours with no service reports and no offer to provide transportation or any offer of activity to occupy my down time. It is obvious that they do not care about service to a customer once you sign on the line and help them with their sales quotas! More
Hello, I have a Ford vehicle and have been going to this dealership since incepting this vehicle. I recently visited the shop for a safety and emissions check and was given the green light, bought parts to dealership since incepting this vehicle. I recently visited the shop for a safety and emissions check and was given the green light, bought parts to ensure safety on the road, and could carry on. A week later, my check engine light came on for the EVAP hosing. Upon dropping it off the night before, I asked on the paperwork to call at one's earliest convenience. I was not called and I personally had to check the status of my vehicle. I was told that the advisor that I was assigned did not like to call, but much rather preferred to text. My phone number did not allow their system to text me, so I was getting no response. I called multiple days in a row to check IF my car had gotten in the shop and IF there was any work done. After 3 days of waiting, it was diagnosed, but the part to replace it was not in stock and would require another 4 days before it would potentially arrive. I pulled my car out because I couldn't wait that long of a time, especially after waiting 3 days for my car with no movement or updates prior to that time frame. After previously completing my Safety and Emissions check, as well as this engine light appointment, it was recommended to change all 4 tires, costing nearly $1,000 to replace. I did not need all 4 changed, but 2, but was highly recommended. I declined their services and went across the road, and got two tires changed for $300. I understand that times are different and the work environment is changing, but if you have had a customer's car, please update them, especially if the car has not entered the shop. Also, if texting doesn't work, try another approach and be willing to work with the customer. There are options to call or email if your approach doesn't work. Moving forward, I don't expect to be returning. More
The team got me in and out in a reasonable time relative to my service (diesel oil & fuel filter change). The parts cost was a little more than expected but oh well. And thanks for catching the need for bra to my service (diesel oil & fuel filter change). The parts cost was a little more than expected but oh well. And thanks for catching the need for brake and caliper work but wow! ~$1300 in work was not something I was anticipating, but good to know! More
From the entry into the overhead door to exiting my vehicle and completion of the service. I had an appt. to have my cars battery replaced, tires rotated, and case transfer serviced. While my car was there they noticed the battery in the key fob was bad so they replaced that (didn't even see a rotated, and case transfer serviced. While my car was there they noticed the battery in the key fob was bad so they replaced that (didn't even see a charge on the receipt). The mechanic also noticed I've needed a recall addressed (they actually had the parts on hand, which i have not been able to find anywhere for 2 years!) and went ahead and serviced that. And last but not least my hubcaps have made a hideous rattle sound since I purchased the car 2 years ago, other places like valvoline and dobbs told me things such as there was gravel in my skid plate and that my lugnuts were defective and that's why they couldn't get the hub caps off.... turns out the previous owners put some cheap after market covers over the hubcaps, so that's what was rattling and making it near impossible to get a tire off! So the mechanic took off the covers put them in the back of the car for me and let me know THAT'S what the noise and problem was! Lastly, they give you a coupon for a free carwash and vacuumed it out! As a mom with little ones that is really appreciated! They also did not try to sell me anything I didn't need and talked to me in a way that made sense while not talking down to me. They are just top notch gentlemen over there and i will definitely be back! I have to also add their Lou Fusz forever battery is CHEAPER than any battery at autozone, which is what made me go to them in the first place! More
