This is the first great service I have had in many years of auto ownership. Ford went out of their way to cover an item that technically was out of warranty and covered the entire service fee of $3500.00. of auto ownership. Lou Fusz has demonstrated poor communication and status of work being done. On multiple visits I have had to call multiple times to get updates on the work being done, and it seems as though they are over of work being done.
