Scheduled my vehicle about a week and half prior to March 2 appointment. Dropped my auto off for problem with ac not blowing thh he rough dashboard vents and a couple of recall fixes. Call on 03/08 only got voicemails and no callbacks. Why do we schedule so far in advance just to sit in parking lot another week and no one to follow up with. Bad look for customer service. Too busy and apparently don’t need to do basic customer follow up. More
This is the first great service I have had in many years of auto ownership. Ford went out of their way to cover an item that technically was out of warranty and covered the entire service fee of $3500.00. of auto ownership. We have recently purchased two Ford vehicles and will stick with Ford for all other future vehicle purchases. Great service, great team. More

Lou Fusz has demonstrated poor communication and status of work being done. On multiple visits I have had to call multiple times to get updates on the work being done, and it seems as though they are over of work being done.
